- Consult services,answer concerns of customer via phone, emaila and social media platforms (FB).
- Receive complaints and feedback from customers. Submit to related departments for further solutions to deal with customers promptly and appropriately.

- Working shifts: Mon-Fri 12: 00-13: 30. Sun 8: 00-12: 00, 15: 00-18: 00
