JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Record income statement and sales
- Receive and check the legality of invoices and accounting papers
- Conduct tax reports, quarterly and annual financial reports, accounting reports
- Store accounting data, manage the system of papers
- Check the balance between detailed and aggregated accounting data
- Directly work with functional agencies: taxation, insurance, banking and auditing units
- Record and report accounting data as requested
- Calculate monthly and monitor the personnel increase/decrease.
- Register social insurance, maternity records, sickness leave, etc. for employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Over 1 year of experience in related fields
- Competent in office computer skills and accounting softwares
- Have good planning and analyzing skills
- Have a personal laptop
