JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Survey and check the working quality of partners at customer’s house.
- Making plan and Recommending the implementation of activities: Reference Checking, Recurring Supervising or Unheralding belong to Partner’s quality service.
- Build up Wordflow, Make a dialogue from the script to interact with customer, Upgrade the imformation able to ensure that production is safe, and To assure the request of Customer’s Caring match a suitatble cript-working on spercific of times.
- Monitoring and synthesizing issues, recording customer complaints/complaints/reflections about service quality from different channels (call center, social media channels, business units, departments) other expertise).
- Perform weekly/monthly analysis and quality assessment reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in a system-level quality control position in an enterprise.
- System thinking, logic, critical skills and good communication.
- Knowledge of quality management (ISO, SLA, Lean 6 Sigma, 5S…).
- Be proactive in work and easily adapt to the environment as well as the nature of the work.
