ผู้ให้บริการจะสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยอยู่เสมอเมื่ออยู่นอกที่พักอาศัย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในเวลาบริการ bTskee ขอความร่วมมือจากลูกค้าในการสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยด้วยทุกครั้งระหว่างการรับบริการจากเรา

เราคอยย้ำเตือนกับผู้ให้บริการอยู่เสมอในการสวมใส่ถุงมือขณะให้บริการทำความสะอาด

เรามีการแนะนำผู้ให้บริการให้หลีกเลี่ยงพื้นที่ที่มีคนเยอะและอากาศไม่ถ่ายเท เพื่อลดความเสี่ยง
- ล้างมือและทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ทุกวัน
เราแนะนำและย้ำเตือนการล้างมืออย่างถูกวิธีให้กับผู้ให้บริการอยู่เสมอ รวมถึงการทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ทุกวันหลังให้บริการ
- หมั่นเช็คอาการและความผิดปกติของตัวเอง
เราคอยตรวจสอบและแนะนำผู้ให้บริการรายงานความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นกับทางบริษัทอยู่เสมอ หากผู้ให้บริการมีอาการผิดปกติเกิดขึ้น จะมีการแนะนำให้หยุดการรับงานเพื่อกักตัวและดำเนินตามขั้นตอนที่องค์การอนามัยแนะนำอย่างเคร่งครัด กรณีที่มีงานที่ถูกรับไว้ล่วงหน้า เราจะแจ้งไปยังลูกค้าโดยตรงเพื่อขอความร่วมมือในการปรับเปลี่ยนวันเวลาที่เหมาะสมและจัดหาผู้ให้บริการที่มีความพร้อมที่สุดให้กับท่าน

There are great concerns about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we all have been affected in one way or another by the pandemic.
Since the health and safety of our customers and taskers have always been our top priority, we have implemented new safety protocols and precautions following the guidance and published by CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization) to ensure we’re serving you in the safest manner possible.
Here is what we have instructed our taskers to keep your home clean and healthy:
- Wear a mask
Masks are required for both customers and taskers during the service especially taskers, we have always instructed them to wear a mask all the time whenever they have to be outside.
- Put on gloves
Our taskers are instructed to wear disposable gloves when they clean your home.
- Not being too close to others
Tasker will maintain distance between customers during cleaning the customer’s home.
We always remind taskers to avoid close contact with people who don’t live in their households.
Keep reminding them that distance from others is especially important for people who are at higher risk of getting sick.
- Avoid crowds and unventilated area
In daily life, our taskers will try not to be in crowded and indoor places that don’t have fresh air.
- Keep their hands and equipment clean
Taskers will always wash their hands properly.
Also, their cleaning tools will be cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day.
- Be alert for symptoms
Taskers will always monitor their health daily and will keep us updated
Moreover, if there are any symptoms that are suspicious happening to our taskers, they will not be allowed to work.
In case that task has already been confirmed we would ask customers to reschedule with newly available taskers.
