bTaskee is an application that allows Customers to book home cleaning services such as daily cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, AC cleaning,… directly on the app quickly. Customers only need 60 seconds to make a booking on the app. After the booking is confirmed bTaskee’s Taskers will contact and confirm the task with Customers proactively on the app.
2. Where are bTaskee’s services available?
bTaskee is operating in Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa and Can Tho. We are planning to develop our business in other remaining areas in the nearest future.
3. Are the employees of bTaskee reputable and trustworthy?
The Taskers of bTaskee will have full personal records and background information; especially the certificate of conduct certified by the local authorities.
They all have at least 1 year of home cleaning experience. The Taskers must be interviewed by bTaskee in order to test their knowledge and their skills. In addition, the Taskers have to take professional training courses before becoming bTaskee’s official Taskers.
Therefore, customers can be assured of the prestige and quality of bTaskee’s Taskers.
4. Can I book Home Cleaning services at 06:00?
bTaskee chỉ hỗ trợ dịch vụ Dọn dẹp nhà từ 06:00 – 23:00 hằng ngày.
5. On the new year’s, can a bTasker work to clean my house?
bTaskee services are available on the New Year’s time and other holidays. Therefore, you can book any task disregarding the special holidays. To ensure your reservation on holidays, please make a reservation 1-2 days in advance.
6. How long does it take to be confirmed by bTasker for service that I booked?
bTaskee’s Taskers will confirm the task within few hours after you posted your bookings.
Please take notice on holidays and rush hours. You should book your task one day in advance to make sure bTaskee’s Taskers are available due to the increase in demand.
7. What is the peak hour and when is occured?
Peak hours are the hours when the cleaning demand of customers increases. The peak hours are from 6am to 8am and from 7pm onwards.

B. About your account
1. How to change personal information on account?
Currently bTaskee still does not support changing the phone number that you use to register an account on the application. However, you can change your Display Name and Email in the Profile section of the app.
2. How to change the language setting on the application?
You can change the language in the application in “Accounts” section and change the language option in “Settings”. Curently, the application only supports Vietnamese, English, Korean and Thailand.
3. Is someone using my account?
To secure your account information on the bTaskee App, please do not share your password with anyone else. If there is any doubt that your account is being used by others, please change your password to ensure security. To change your password, please log out of the app. Then select “Forgot Password” in the login area and follow the instructions.
C. About booking
1. How to experience the service on the App perfectly?
6 tips to have a perfect experience when using bTaskee’s services:
Detailed description of job requirements when posting the booking, helps you to find the most suitable taskers.
Pay attention to turning on the phone bell and check the app regularly to make sure that you can keep in touch with taskers.
Verify the taskers’ profile before letting them in your house, it will ensure the safety of the owner.
Preliminary instructions on housing, note special requirements so that taskers can easily clean the house for you.
Check the cleaning results before the taskers leave your house. Customers can ask the taskers to redo the areas that are not clean.
Evaluate the quality of the taskers after the cleaning task is completed. In addition, you can put the taskers who do well in the favorites list so that they are prioritized to receive notifications when you post the next booking. In contrast, for the taskers who do not do the cleaning tasks well, customers can give a detailed evaluation of the tasks on the application so that bTaskee has a basis to improve service quality and serve you better.
2. How to verify the taskers who will come to clean the house?
When a tasker accepts a booking, the application will display a picture of that tasker. The customer can verify the tasker’s profile before letting them in the house to do the task. In addition, on bTaskee, the application also supports feature authentication by QR Code to identify taskers. Customers can ask taskers to open the application to get a QR Code to verify the information of the tasks. The customers have to enter the details of the tasks, select the “Verify” button, then scan the QR Code on the taskers’ application. If the information matches, the application will notify the customers.
3. What is the meaning of 2hours/55m2, 2 rooms?
It is the amount of time that bTaskee’s taskers need to have to clean your house with estimated size and number of rooms. You can adjust the working hours of our taskers based on the number of rooms when booking cleaning services.
4. What is Premium service?
Premium is a bTaskee’s advance service, made by Premium taskers. Premium taskers have undergone advanced training in skills and attitudes, need to meet a standard of 4.8 or higher, and are constantly screened from Customers and bTaskee reviews. In particular, the Premium taskers will be equipped with a toolkit, including a handheld vacuum cleaner. Premium service price will be higher than Normal service.
5. What should I do when Premium taskers do not confirm my booking?
It may be because in your current region Premium taskers are busy. Therefore, you can consider and change to the Normal service to make it easier for the taskers to receive your booking. You can also choose to add the “Tools” feature if your home does not have one.
6. What is the manually choose taskers?
This feature allows multiple taskers to register customers’ bookings at the same time. Customers can view the taskers’ history and evaluations, then customers can actively choose the most suitable taskers for their bookings. The fee to use this feature is 20,000 vnd. If the customers do not choose any taskers, the system will choose a tasker automatically 1 hour before the booking time. Please be noted that the customers still have to pay the fee above.
7. How to block a tasker that I do not want to choose?
You can put them in “Blacklist” so they cannot see your bookings anymore.
8. The system only support to book maximum 4 hours for a booking, how can I increase working time?
Please kindly contact Customer service to adjust your booking or you can book one more booking.
9. How can I contact the confirmed tasker?
You can call or chat directly on the app. However, the Tasker will actively contact you immediately after receiving the booking.
10. In case of unexpected work, I want to cancel, is it possible?
Canceling bookings close to the working time will affect the work and income of the taskers. Therefore, the system will have fines corresponding to the time you cancel the booking. If you cancel too many times, the credibility of the account will be reduced. In case of unexpected busyness, you should be able to change the date and time of the booking right on the application. You go to the “Job Details” section, select the “Change” button at the bottom and select the “Working date and time” update option; or select “Cancel the booking” if the time cannot be arranged.
11. Besides cleaning the house, if I need someone to help with ironing, can bTaskee be able to meet it?
You can click the “Ironing” button in the Extra Services section when making a booking. In addition, you should clearly describe the need for an ironing assistant in the job details section so that the taskers can receive your booking more exactly.
12. If I want to choose a tasker to cook for my family without cleaning the house, what should I do?
You can choose the Family Cooking service if you only need to cook without cleaning the house. In addition to pre-processing and cooking, the taskers can also help with grocery shopping if you haven’t bought food yet. When booking on the application, you can choose to add this feature and discuss more details with the taskers after they accept the booking.
13. If I want more than one tasker to come and clean my house what should I do?
bTaskee’s General Cleaning service can meet your demands. When booking a General Cleaning service, there will be 2 – 4 taskers to clean the house for you. The price of the General Cleaning service will include the cost of bringing cleaning tools and cleaning chemicals. This service is often used by customers when there is a need for thorough cleaning such as house cleaning at the end of the year or after a period of travel.
14. How is the General Cleaning Service supporting the workforce plans?
For Townhouses:
02 people – 04 hours/person
03 people – 03 hours/person
03 people – 04 hours/person
For Apartment:
02 people – 03 hours/person
03 people – 03 hours/person
03 people – 04 hours/person
For Villa:
03 people – 04 hours/person
04 people – 04 hours/person
04 people – 08 hours/person
If customers need more than 4 hours to clean the house, they can book two bookings with consecutive timeframes.
15. Can I book an Air Conditioner cleaning service in the evening?
You can book an Air Conditioner Cleaning service in the evening. However, in some buildings or apartments, the Management Board only allows the taskers to perform their work within office hours. Therefore, to avoid missing out on your booking, you should confirm with the Management Board in your area, to know the information and schedule accordingly.
16. How can I make multiple air conditioning tasks with different air-conditioner brands ?
You can make a booking of a maximum of 10 air-conditioners limited to one task as following steps: Fill in the brands of air-conditioners, quantity, etc, select “Add” until done. If you need a gas refill service also choose “Add”.
17. Can I book laundry services at 23:00?
bTaskee stops supporting tasks from 23:00pm to 5:00am. Please kindly choose booking time during hours of operation.
D. bTaskee's services
1. How to choose a previous tasker?
If you feel satisfied with any taskers, please put them in the “Favorite Taskers” list. When the Customers post bookings, the system will give priority to send those bookings to the taskers in the favorite list first. If they are all busy and cannot reccieve those bookings, the system will send your bookings to other taskers. In case the Customers have fixed weekly schedules, they can contact bTaskee for assistance in arranging their favorite taskers to work periodically.
2. If I have a weekly demand for cleaning services, what should I do?
You can choose Cleaning (subscription) service on the app. Currently, bTaskee is supporting flexibility to book this service from 01 to 06 months. Customers can actively adjust to add or remove cleaning sessions in the schedule. Please be noted that customers have to pay the fee for this kind of service in advance. With Cleaning (subscription), customers will need to make an upfront payment to activate the package. The system will automatically schedule it seven days in advance.
3. Does bTaskee support only one tasker to work regularly for my house?
After customers experienced the cleaning services with some taskers, if they are satisfied with any tasker, they can notify bTaskee via Zalo Official Account or Hotline 1900636736. The company will assist in contacting and arranging the tasker for customers.
4. Currently, I have a Cleaning (subscription) service, can I change my taskers?
If you have a demand for changing taskers, please kindly contact our Zalo Official Account or hotline 1900636736 for supporting.
5. Currently, I am using Cleaning (subscription) service but I have unexpected work and absent from home, what should I do?
In case of a short absence of just a few days, you can simply cancel tasks directly within the application.
For longer absences, please contact our or hotline 1900636736 to temporarily suspend your service package. When you wish to resume service, you can contact bTaskee again for assistance in reactivating your service package.
6. Can I cancel my Cleaning (subscription) service?
You can cancel your Cleaning (subscription) service. bTaskee is supporting refund only one of two methods as follows:
Refund via bPay: bTaskee refunds the total amount of unused sessions.
Refund via bank transfer: bTaskee refunds the total amount of unused sessions minus 20% of the value of the original service package.
*If you have unexpected commitments, please consider temporarily suspending your package to ensure your rights and benefits.
7. What is Schedule feature?
This is a support feature for customers who need to use the service regularly. Please select the days that you need to use the service, the system will automatically post your bookings on the days you have selected week by week. You can actively change, stop or continue using the schedule right on the app. If you want to change the details of the bookings that have been posted, please adjust directly on each booking.
E. Payment methods
1. What methods of payment does bTaskee support?
Currently, bTaskee is supporting methods of payment such as cash, bPay, Visa, Mastercard, ATM cards, and e-wallets (Momo, ShopeePay, ZaloPay, VnPay…)
2. Can I change the payment method for my booking?
In case customers pay for their bookings by Visa, Mastercard, or e-wallets but have errors, customers can manually switch to Cash on the application.

3. Does bTaskee issue value added tax invoices?
bTaskee company provides an application for house cleaning services on demand. bTaskee will not directly provide services, so we can not give out value added tax invoices. However, you can receive a payment receipt for your task, via the registered email in the “Contact and payment” section during scheduling the cleanup step.
4. How to receive a booking receipt via email?
To receive the booking receipt, please kindly register and verify your email in your Profile on the app.
5. In case I have paid for the booking in advance by e-wallet, will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
The bookings that pay via e-wallets will incur a cancellation fee (5%, minimum 20,000vnd).
The system will automatically refund the remaining amount to the e-wallets that the Customers use for payment. The process of refund will be from 3-5 days, depending on the kind of e-wallets.
F. bPay wallet
1. What is bPay wallet?
bPay is a feature integrated right on the bTaskee application. With a bPay account, you can easily pay for bookings posted on the system without having to use cash.
2. How can I transfer my money to bPay wallet?
Customers can transfer their money to bPay wallets by using Visa, Mastercard, ATM cards, and e-wallets (Momo, ShopeePay, ZaloPay, VnPay, etc.)
3. Can I transfer money in my bPay wallet to another account?
Currently, bTaskee still does not support transferring money between customers’ accounts on the system.
4. Can I withdraw my money in bPay wallet?
Currently, bTaskee still does not support withdrawing money from bPay to bank accounts.
G. bRewards and bPoints
1. What is bTaskee Reward (bReward)?
bTaskee Rewards (bReward) is a program for customers to accumulate their points when using services on bTaskee application. The accumulated points can be used to convert into promotions from bTaskee for subsequent bookings or other offers from bTaskee’s partners.
2. How are bonus points (bPoint) calculated?
Each 10,000 VND is equivalent to 1 bPoint.
Corresponding to your current rank, you will be applied different multipliers to accumulate points faster.
3. What are the ranks in bRewards?
bRewards has four ranks:
Member: > 0 bPoints
Silver: > 200 bPoints
Gold: > 600 bPoints
Platinum: > 3000 bPoints
Your rank will change as you accumulate certain points. For different ranks, you will enjoy special privileges or offers that are only available to customers in that rank.
4. What are the bPoints used for?
bPoints can be redeemed for promotions from bTaskee for subsequent bookings or other offers from bTaskee’s partners.
5. Will the bPoints earned be lost?
The bPoints will be forfeited after you redeem. You can completely accumulate points over a long period of time to redeem valuable rewards. However, bTaskee recommends that you check regularly to redeem your reward points before they expire.
6. How do I check my bRewards points expiration date?
You can open the bTaskee app and click on your bPoints in the “Account” section. Then, the application will display information about the rank, the current number of points, and the expiration date of the bPoints.
7. Currently, I am in Silver/Gold/Platinum rank, can I keep it forever?
You’ll have to start re-ranking every time you start a new cycle. Each year it has 2 cycles, and each cycle lasts 6 months.
At the end of the cycle, if you have not accumulated enough points required to maintain your current rank, your current rank will be forfeited. When your current rank is changed, all perks of that rank will also be removed.
H. Promotion
1. Where can I check bTaskee promotions?
Promotions will be sent directly to each Customer’s application. Please kindly check the Home page or the Notification message section on the application.
For promotions of bRewards, please see “Account” – “bRewards” on the application.
In addition, customers can follow the website and fan page of bTaskee to receive information about the fastest promotions.
2. Why can’t I use promotion codes?
Please kindly check the terms of use of the promotional code. You should check information such as the number of promotional codes, scope of application, subjects of application, expiry date…
If you have not determined the cause, please kindly contact the customer service department via hotline 1900636736 for immediate assistance.
I. Report Problems
1. How can I know if the tasker who comes to my house is a member of bTaskee?
The portrait of the bTaskee tasker receiving the booking will be displayed in the “Job Details” section of the application. Customers can compare with the tasker who comes to work.
In addition, the customer can also identify the tasker by using the “Verify” feature (in the “Job Details” section) to scan the QR Code on the tasker’s application.
In case the tasker comes to work incorrectly with the information displayed on the application, the customer absolutely does not allow strangers to enter the house and quickly contacts the hotline 1900636736 for support.
2. What should I do if the tasker is not the same person on the app?
When this happens, please do not let that person enter your house/apartment. You should lock the door and call the customer service department 1900636 736 for immediate assistance.
3. How will bTaskee handle theft issues or damages during work?
If any unfortunate events such as theft or property damage, please kindly inform your complaint/dispute to bTaskee customer service via email support@btaskee.com. You should list in the email all the details, proofs to smoother the solution process. (Note: Your email should display the exact date/time, with attachments like photos, extracted video from security camera-if any ). Within 02 working days, since your complaint has been received (excluding weekends and holidays), bTaskee will check, confirm, reply and demand all related parties to give out information. Please accept all calls coming from bTaskee. During solution process, bTaskee strongly require all related parties not to disclose publicly any information/dispute online or any social media pages.
In regard to serious or unresolvable conflicts, complainants (Customers, Taskers and Partners) must report to legal authorities for further intervention. bTaskee will cooperate with government agencies to provide papers and information of related parties. Regarding conflicts of violating the Tasker Code of Conduct, bTaskee will take corresponding actions with the Partner’s agreement.
From Monday to Friday before 19:00, you will get 50,000VND/ hour. After 19:00 the money is 60,000VND/hour. During Tet holiday, the service price will increase.
2. Do I need to pay any fee to become a bTaskee’s tasker?
You do not need to pay any cost when applying to bTaskee’s partner
3. What are the procedures to become a bTaskee’s tasker?
Please prepare these documents:
Copy notarized ID Card.
Copy notarized Resident paper.
Natorized resumes.
Police report.
4. How can I accept the task? Do I have to come to the office to accept the daily task?
After completing prepared documents and passing the probation, you will download bTaskee Partner application and sign up. When customer books a task, you will be notifed and can actively confirm it on application without contacting bTaskee.
5. Can I work near the area where I live?
Each cleaner (Tasker) can register 03 priority districts for working. When there are tasks available in these districts, system will prior those tasks for you.
6. How can I receive the payment?
After completing the task, you will receive cash from customer. If they use another mode of payment, such as cards; the money will be transfered to your bank account.
B. For Air-conditioner Cleaning/Laundry
1. Is this a stable job?
Yes, it is. Recently, the tasks are stable and always on bTaskee application.
2. Does it cost when becoming a bTaskee’s partner?
No, It’s free.
3. How can I get notification of task?
After customer book a task, you will immediatly receive the notification on application.
4. How can I assign my staff to do the task?
In confirming step, application will show the list of your registered staff. You can actively assign any staff in that list by click on the name of the staff on application.
5. How can I contact customer? Do I need contact via bTaskee?
When customers have demand, they will book on application. If you confirm that task, system will display customer contact. You have to contact or send them a confirmed message directly via bTaskee apllication.
6. What are modes of payment?
After completing the task, you will receive cash from customer. If customer uses card for payment, the money will be transfered directly to your account.
7. How do I contact customer if I can not contact them before I come for working
If you can not contact customer, please call to hotline 1900.636.736 for support.
8. What should I do If I come to customer’s house but its nature and volume of work are not like the note on application?
Depend on the specification of task, a staff or store owner can disscuss with the customer about how much volume of work you can complete.
