What is Kredivo?

Kredivo is a leading digital credit platform from Indonesia, providing customers with real-time credit financing products when shopping on e-commerce and traditional shopping platforms. How to register for Kredivo?

Step 1: Download the “Kredivo – Buy Now Pay Later” app from CH Play (for Android) or the Apple Store (for iOS).
Step 2: Open the Kredivo app and select “Register for Kredivo”.
Step 3: Fill in all required information and upload a photo of your ID card (CMND/CCCD).
Step 4: Take a selfie.
Step 5: Complete your profile and wait for approval (within 24 hours).

What are the requirements to register for Kredivo?

To register for Kredivo, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be a Vietnamese citizen and possess a valid chip-embedded citizen identification card or a latest valid identification card.
You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
You must reside in Vietnam.
You must have a monthly income of at least 4,000,000 VND.

What information and documents are required to register for Kredivo?

You need to provide a photo of your chip-embedded citizen ID card or the latest citizen ID card, a portrait photo (selfie) of you and some other personal information and data.

What are the interest rates/fees for transactions using Kredivo?

You can refer to the specific interest rate and platform fee on the payment confirmation page before making a transaction.

PAYMENT OFFERS VIA KREDIVO

1. Offers for new users:

Get 50% off, up to 100,000 VND, applicable to all payment terms (30-day, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month).
Applicable for customers booking bTaskee services and paying via Kredivo.
Applicable for first-time payments via Kredivo.
The voucher can only be used once per account.

2. Offers for existing Kredivo users:

Get 5% off, up to 200,000 VND, for orders from 700,000 VND, applicable to 6-month and 12-month payment terms.
Applicable for customers booking bTaskee services and paying via Kredivo.
Each account can only use the offer once per month during the promotion period.

NOTES

Update the bTaskee app to the latest version to use the Kredivo payment method and enjoy this promotion.
Discounts apply to transaction value after taxes, fees and deductions, except for the deduction applied when customers use Kredivo’s promotional code for payment.
Promotional programs for existing customers and new customers cannot be applied simultaneously to the same transaction.
Customers who meet the eligibility criteria will receive suggestions from the Kredivo system about the vouchers they can use. Customers can select the voucher to receive the corresponding offer.
Voucher cannot be combined with other card payment or e-wallet offers.
The voucher is applied on the Kredivo checkout page.
The voucher cannot be reused if the order is canceled.
Applicable period: December 31, 2025.
The number of promotional codes is limited, and the program may end earlier than expected if the codes run out.
Kredivo payment method is not applicable for the following services:
- Services booked 15 days or more in advance: Home Moving, Industrial Cleaning.
- Subscription services: Monthly House Cleaning, Monthly Office Cleaning, Monthly Child Care, Monthly Patient Care.
Kredivo payment method is not applicable for the “Pre-booking for Tet holiday” feature.
Orders with a term of 3/6/12-month must have a value of 700,000 VND or more.

STEPS TO MAKE PAYMENTS AND REDEEM KREDIVO OFFERS

Book a service on the bTaskee app.
At the payment step, select the payment method “Pay later/Installment with Kredivo”, then select “Book” to be redirected to Kredivo’s payment page.
Log in to Kredivo’s payment platform and provide your payment details.
Apply the promotional code provided on the Kredivo checkout page.
Wait for Kredivo to process your transaction request and receive a successful payment notification.
Complete your transaction and follow the task.
