Tofu stuffed with meat
Ingredients

Practice
Stage 1: Prepare
- Dip the fungus into cold water to make them bloom and then cut them into small pieces (you can cut it into fibers or small squares).
- Wash and blend or mince the lean meat.
- Peel and crush shallots and cloves of garlic.
- Wash and dice tomatoes (you can get rid of tomato seeds if they are too sour).
- Wash and chop branches of scallion.
- For large tofu pieces, you should cut them in half. Use a knife to slit a sideline of each tofu pieces. If the piece is thick, you can use a spoon instead.
Stage 2:
- Mix the minced lean meat with shallots, fungus, seasoning, salt and pepper. Then take the additional pieces from the slit sideline of tofu pieces to mix with this. Add one tablespoon of cooking oil to make the minced meat less sticky.
- After the mixing done, put some mixing parts into the tofu pieces that were slit earlier. You can use fixed sticks to hold the mouth of the tofu piece to avoid the meat spreading out.
Stage 3: Put all the tofu pieces stuffed with meat into a big bowl or plate. Then put it into a pot containing 150 ml of water. Cover the pot for boiling in 15 minutes.
Stage 4: When the dish is nearly ready, you can take all tofu pieces to a basket to reduce the water steam. Next, get ready for the pan with the cooking oil. Fry every side of the tofu piece until they turn yellow.
Stage 5: You can use the pan for frying tofu to make tomato sauce. Remember to put less cooking oil.
- Put the chopped garlic into the pan. When it turns yellow, put tomatoes with a little water into the pan.
- Add one tablespoon of sugar to keep all tomatoes red. Then, add the prepared tomato sauce.
- Add seasoning and a little salt for your taste. When the mixture boils, add branches of scallion.
Stage 6: Wait until the sauce is thickened, then put all tofu pieces. Stir well when the dish boils. Finally, put the dish to the plate and add some cilantro for decoration.
Stir-Fried Bitter Melon with Egg

Stage 1: Prepare ingredients
- Wash bitter melons, cut off the heads and split them in half. Use a spoon to scoop out the intestines and seeds. Then cut thinly across the width of the fruit.
- Wash and chop the scallion.
- Peel and crush the garlic.
- Beat the eggs and add a little fish sauce and some scallion to the egg mix. You can add some pepper to reduce the fishy-smelling of eggs.
Stage 2:
- Add the cooking oil to the pan.
- Wait for the oil turning hot, then put the crushed garlic and stir until it becomes yellow. After that, put bitter melons.
- Stir well bitter melons until they turn to a different color. If it’s too dry, you can add some water to help bitter melons fried well.
- When bitter melons turn to another color, put the eggs and then stir well. Try some seasoning, sugar, salt to make sure the taste.
- When everything is fried, put the scallion and turn off the stove.
Stage 3: Put the dish to a plate, add some cilantro and some pepper. You can eat this with soy sauce or chili garlic soy sauce.
Bok choy broth with shrimp

Practice
Stage 1: Prepare
- Wash the bok choy and cut its root. Cut the plant in half or triple depending on you.
- Wash and peel fresh shrimps. Then blend or chop shrimps and mix it with seasoning, salt, pepper.
- Wash and chop the scallion.
Stage 2: Cook
- Boil a half liter of water. Then add the shrimp mixing.
- Wait until the water boils and put the bok choy. Restrict stirring to avoid the bok choy getting damaged.
- When the water boils, add some scallion and turn off the stove.
Stage 3: Pour the soup into a large bowl, add some cilantro for decoration.
The dessert
